To achieve this, we pledge to adhere to the human rights provisions outlined in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Additionally, by integrating global standards such as the United Nations Global Compact and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights alongside local human rights laws, we ensure safe and healthy working conditions for all our employees. Respecting the diverse cultures, values, and rights of our employees is integral to our business conduct, fostering progress in promoting tolerance and diversity within our sphere of influence.
Labour Laws
At EV ENERGY, we are dedicated to advocating for regulations that define appropriate working conditions and safeguard the rights of our employees. This commitment is evident in our adherence to the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), including:
- ILO Conventions No. 29 and No. 105, denouncing and abolishing forced labor in all its forms.
- ILO Conventions No. 87 and No. 98, delineating the fundamental rights to organize freely and engage in collective bargaining.
- ILO Conventions No. 132 and No. 138, establishing the minimum age for child labor and prohibiting the worst forms of exploitation of child labor.
- Furthermore, we comply with local laws, legal requirements, and provisions in ILO conventions pertaining to working hours, holidays, minimum wage, and compensation for our employees.

Furthermore, we strive to offer essential amenities to facilitate safe job performance. Whenever feasible, on-site housing meeting minimum size, cleanliness, and cultural appropriateness standards will be provided, aligning with local traditions and norms.
