PROMOTING ANTI-CORRUPTION
AND TRANSPARENCY

Corruption is a pervasive issue in many of the jurisdictions where we conduct business, as highlighted by independent watchdogs such as Transparency International. Consequently, we not only denounce all actions deemed corrupt or having the potential to be perceived as such but have also embraced a zero-tolerance stance against corruption.

Our stringent anti-corruption policy aligns with the Global Compact Anti-Corruption principle of the United Nations Convention, which underscores the detrimental impact of corruption on sustainable development, particularly affecting impoverished communities and eroding the fabric of society. Recognizing its adverse effects on the private sector, our policy emphasizes the importance of businesses combating corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

In accordance with this commitment, we expect all employees and business partners to adhere to our anti-corruption policies and established processes for identifying and avoiding corrupt practices. We are dedicated to thoroughly investigating and prosecuting any instances of corruption or fraud that may arise, pursuing legal action to the fullest extent of the law.
